Secretel Assistant will typewrite letters and invoices, according to the contract’s level. If necessary, you can ask further services via mail to info@secretel.it.
At the signature of the Contract, THREE e-mail addresses will be created by your assistant according to your instructions (i.e. firstname-lastname@secretel.it). The assistant will check them once an hour and, after recording it in protocol, will forward you its copy via email or text message (according to your instructions).
Via postal location, You can receive your incoming mail at your Assistant’s office and can mail every document (letters, invoices) just by asking your Assistant to do it. Using your petty cash, in fact, she can send your outgoing mail. Every month she will send via mail a statement of the account showing her expenses.

If you have a legal problem, or You need just a legal opinion, You can ask your Assistant to have a telephonic appointment with Secretel’s legal advisor in your available hours. If you have a urgent problem, you can ask your Assistant to call the advisor for a brief talk.
Europe is real, and sometimes a businessman needs a translation, someone who speaks a foreign language. You can ask Secretel to talk with an interpreter. Some of Secretel’s Assistant are bilingual.
