This is the first aspect of Secretel’s service: every customer has his own personal assistant every day. The relationship between Assistant and Customer is fundamental for the quality of the service Secretel’s service is guaranteed in case og holiday, illness or other absences of the Assistant by a substitute. Twelve Months, no absence.
Secretel will answer your phone calls in a personalized, effective and fast way, according to your instructions. She will take care of your image, too. If the caller is included in your address book, you can decide a personalized answer (i.e. “Hi, Lidia, can I help you?”) otherwise, the Assistant will answer using the standard formula (i.e. “Gateway co, Anna speaking, can I Help you?”). The Assistant will take note of incoming phone calls, will schedule meeting and answer to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) according to your instructions. Moreover, your Assistant will answer phone calls and will be able to forward the call on another fixed or mobile phone number.
After the office hours, an answering machine will inform callers about the office hours; your customers can leave a vocal message in vocal box. At the beginning of office hours, the Assistant will hear the message and inform the customer via text message or e-mail, according to your instructions.
Via postal location, You can receive your incoming mail at your Assistant’s office and can mail every document (letters, invoices) just asking your Assistant to do it. Every morning You will receive the optical protocol of incoming mail on your pc. Using your petty cash she can send your outgoing mail. Every month she will send via mail a statement of the account showing her expenses. Every month we will send you the “physical” mail, exactly the same mail you received via e-mail.
At the signature of the Contract, TH e-mail address will be created by your assistant according to your instructions (i.e. firstname-lastname@secretel.it). The assistant will check it once a hour and, after recording it in protocol, will forward you its copy via email or text message (according to your instructions).
If you are often out of the office, Secretel will answer to your customers in office hours in order to offer an effective and fast image. In this way , customers will lose no phone calls and won’t forget any meetings. You will receive in every moment your up-to-date memo book via mail on a pad or mobile phone.
You can give your address book to your Assistant and your customer’s business cards. She will, in a short time, create a unique address book by both of them. This complete address book will be printed in order to use it out of Assistant’s office Hours.
